Maxim Klyuchnikov met with Belgian lawyers to discuss the unblocking of Russian citizens' assets in Euroclear
During a meeting with the legal community in Brussels, important aspects of the procedure for unblocking the assets of Russian citizens were discussed:
- Clarified details on the practice of the Belgian Treasury's responses to unblocking requests;
- Discussed the actual process of asset transfer by Euroclear;
- Established that the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance has started actively issuing licenses not only for cash, but also for securities.
